Both Doña Rosita’s Jalapeño Kitchen and Rosita’s Day of the Dead take place in a restaurant setting.  Presenter should provide a cafe counter, two small restaurant tables with 4 chairs, 2 stools and a non –working refrigerator and stove.  Performer provides a 12’ x 20’ wide backdrop; a 24’ baton is required for the backdrop to be dead hung.  A minimum of 20’x18’x12’ acting area is required with a minimum of 32 stage lighting instruments pre hung according to light plot that will be provided prior to show.  A CD player for sound cues should be connected to House system.  Two Stagehands are needed for load-in, load-out, and set-up and may double up as light and sound operators.   A minimum of 8 hours is required for load-in time, set-up, and technical rehearsal.

A Woman’s Work requires a small table, chair, and a rocking chair or comfortable arm chair.  There are no light or sound cues, but just a well lighted space.
